By creating an account or using PCOSPlan ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PCOSPlan provides AI-generated meal plans and symptom tracking for individuals managing PCOS. The Service is a wellness and educational tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Not medical advice
Content (including meal plans and insights) is generated by software and is not reviewed by a clinician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything you read on PCOSPlan.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 to use the Service. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Premium costs $7.99 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing"; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Prices and features may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping at scale, attempting to bypass payment or rate limits, uploading unlawful content, or impersonating others.
6. AI-generated content
Meal plans are produced by AI based on the information you provide. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify ingredients against your allergies and medical restrictions before consuming.
7. Intellectual property
PCOSPlan and its branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of the information you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the Service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCOSPlan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PCOSPlan is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
